Dharmesh is an Executive Director at Dynacons Systems & Solutions Ltd, an IT Infrastructure Solutions Company. Dharmesh drives Dynacons business on the Technology and Services front. He is responsible for the Managed Services business of the company and also handles Finance, Taxation and Corporate Affairs. Under him Dynacons has won several awards and recognitions over the years.
He has rich exposure in the various facets of business and has a strong record of success in creating robust IT architectures and infrastructures and a proven ability to bring the benefits of IT to solve business issues while managing costs and risks. He provided strategic direction on technology initiatives in line with the core organisational goals and business & profit objectives of the company.
He has significant exposure to various IT Management aspects which include IT Budgeting, Cost Management, Strategic Initiatives and Investments, CXO Level Decision Making, IT Infrastructure Management, Vendor Management, Total outsourcing etc.
Dharmesh has in the past represented India at the World Summit of Young Entrepreneurs in Brazil, organized by the United Nations. He has been actively involved with the Indian Merchants Chamber and has been the Co-Chairman of the youth wing of IMC and was also part of the Electronics and Telecommunication Committee at IMC. He is also a member of Executive Committee at Bombay Industries Association. He is the Co-Chair of the IT Committee at IMC and has conducted several successful programs including the IMC IT Awards.
By qualification, he is a Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant. However Technology is his passion and he has completed his Cisco and Intel Certifications.
Mr. Parag J. Dalal has over 30 years of work experience, in the field of Business, Information Technology, Software Development and Services. His areas of focus include Business Strategy, Business Development, Business Continuity Management and emerging technologies like Cloud Computing. He is responsible for the growth of Dynacons on PAN India level across different industries segments including Shipping, Education, Government, Banking and Financial Services. He is also responsible for taking new initiatives such as Transformation through IT and bringing in operational efficiency through the usage of ICT.
Surendrasinh Gohil brings in 35 years of experience in IT and ITES industry and specialization in Customer support operations and held various senior management positions across geographies, industries and organizations.
In Atos, his last organization, he held the position of Senior Vice president and Head of Middle East, Turkey and Africa Region looking after Infrastructure and Data management business. Prior to that he managed the Global Delivery Centers for Managed Services across multiple continents of diverse culture comprising of 17000+ strong technically skilled resources, and was also responsible for the India region.
He was leading the Global infrastructure operations during his tenure in Siemens. Also ran strategic projects for UK & US and was pivotal in setting up & running of Call Management Operations for APAC & India in NCR. Before NCR he worked in Electronics Corporation of India Ltd. for more than 12 years in various capacities.
He is also a Founder and CEO of Cyberfender Infotech Private limited and Gulf Cyberfender Hub- FZCO Dubai which is engaged in complete IT solutions with specialization in cyber security. He also is on advisory board of Hemabh Solutions Private Limited, a venture providing sophisticated IOT based safety solutions & services.
Surendrasinh is a graduate engineer in Electronics & Communications and MBA in Operations Management. He holds master’s Certificate in Project Management from SP Jain institute of Management, Mumbai and trained at IIM Ahmedabad in leadership development program. He is also certified at INSEAD Paris for Executive Leaders Vision and Excellence.
His other interests are in playing cricket and practicing yoga.
In his current assignment Nilesh is the COO of APAC & EMEA region of CYBERCONS.
Nilesh has been instrumental in building the Cybersecurity capabilities in niche areas , setting up global alliances to drive alliance led business. He is accountable to get India, middle east and APAC sales targets.
In his prior assignment with TechMahindra, Nilesh has worked as VP, head enterprise security and risk management practice driving annual revenue targets of ~$100M . He architected few significant wins in UK, USA ,Australia and Indonesia.
Nilesh joined Capgemini in 2009, Nilesh has worked as a head - Global Ops of Cybersecurity unit for Capgemini. Nilesh was responsible for delivering managed Cybersecurity Services.
